What You See on the Dashboard
The Dashboard gives you a quick overview of all your certifications.
You can see the status of each certification:
Not Started
In Progress
Completed and Ready for Audit
Helpful Features
Click the question mark (?) in the top right corner to access FAQs. Here, you’ll find answers to common questions and solutions to help you use the platform efficiently.
Go to the Release Notes tab to view a chronological list of new features, improvements, and bug fixes.
Taking Action
To begin a certification questionnaire, click the Start now button in the Your Certifications bar.
To learn about additional certifications:
Click the dropdown arrow next to the Add More Certifications bar.
Click More info for details on obtaining further certifications.
Access Rights Reminder
If you have client editor access, you cannot purchase certificates.
Contact your system administrator if you need to buy new certifications.
