Why Access Rights Matter

You control what each user can see and do on the Be Certified platform by setting their access rights. This ensures users only access the information and features relevant to their role.

How to Change a User’s Permissions

  • Go to 'Users' in the main menu on the left.

  • Select the user whose permissions you want to change.

  • Click 'Actions' and then 'View/Edit User Details'.

  • In the 'Access rights' dropdown, choose the appropriate profile:

    • Client Administrator – Top-level access with full control.

    • Client Editor – Secondary access with limited permissions.

  • Click 'Save changes' at the bottom of the page to confirm.
