Clearing cookies and cache

How to clear cookies and cache from browsing history to troubleshoot loading issues

If Be Certified isn’t loading properly or you see formatting problems, clearing your browser’s cache and cookies usually solves the issue.

In Google Chrome

  • Click the three dots in the top right corner.

  • Select History, then click History again.

  • On the left, choose Clear browsing data.

  • Tick Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

  • Set the time range to All time.

  • Click Clear data.

In Microsoft Edge

  • Click the three dots in the top right corner.

  • Select History.

  • Click the Recycle Bin icon.

  • Tick Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

  • Set the time range to All time.

  • Click Clear now.

After Clearing (all browsers)

  • Refresh your page.

  • Log back in to Be Certified.

Clearing cache and cookies fixes issues like pages freezing or formatting errors.
