Steps to Reset Your Password
On the login screen, click the blue Reset Password link.
Enter your email address when prompted.
Check your email inbox for a verification code.
If you don’t see the email, check your junk or spam folder.
Enter the verification code in the field provided.
Creating a New Password
After entering the code, you’ll be taken to a page to create a new password.
Make sure your new password meets all the required criteria.
Logging In
Once you’ve reset your password, return to the login screen.
Use your new password to log in.
