What Templates Are Available?

How to Access and Use Templates
1. Navigate to the clause you’re working on. If a template is available for that clause, you’ll see it signposted in the guidance or resources area.
2. Download the template to your computer.
3. Customise it for your business — Replace the placeholder text with your own information. Add your company name, specific processes, responsibilities, and details.
4. Upload the completed document back to Be Certified as evidence for the relevant clause. See How to Add Documents and Folders.
Tips for Getting the Most from Templates
• Always customise — Templates are a starting point, not a finished product. Auditors expect to see documents that reflect your actual business, not generic boilerplate.
• Use your company’s branding and formatting where appropriate to make documents look professional.
• Review the expert guidance for each clause to understand what the template should demonstrate.
• If you already have an existing document that covers the same ground, you may not need the template at all — just upload your existing version.
